Monument runs from newer subdivisions along I-25 to wooded lots toward Palmer Lake and the edge of Black Forest, with the Front Range filling the western skyline.

Here the views and the trees are what set a home apart, so I plan exteriors and aerials around where the mountains sit relative to the house.

Shooting in Monument

Most Monument homes I've photographed were in uncontrolled (Class G) airspace. I check the FAA map for every address before the shoot and request authorization ahead of time wherever it's needed.
Wooded lots can hide the house from the street. A drone shot from above the trees is often the clearest picture of the home and the land together.
