Each plan is drawn from an on-site scan and delivered as a clean, clearly labeled 2D image with room dimensions, ready for the MLS and your listing site. It's included in the Signature Package, or you can add it to any shoot.

Questions
How much does a floor plan cost?
Floor plans start at $100 and are priced by square footage. One is included in the Signature Package.
Why not just use the floor plan from the 3D tour?
The plan a Zillow 3D tour generates on its own isn't clean enough to market with. The CubiCasa plan is drawn properly, labeled and dimensioned, which is why it's included alongside the tour in the Signature Package.
Do you do floor plans for outbuildings?
Yes. A barn, shop or guest house is drawn as its own plan, priced by its own size.
