Should I choose Matterport or a Zillow 3D Home Tour?
A Zillow 3D Home Tour ($100) is a 360° walkthrough hosted free on Zillow, with an interactive floor plan. A Matterport tour ($200) adds the overhead dollhouse view of the whole home and lets buyers take measurements. Both are priced by square footage.
Is a 3D tour included in any package?
The Signature Package includes a Zillow 3D Home Tour, plus a CubiCasa 2D floor plan, photos and drone.
Can I put the tour on my own website?
Yes. Both tours can be embedded on your own listing site and on the branded property website that comes with your photos.
