Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Harrison Christopher Photographer LLC. Placing an order, or having a shoot performed, means the ordering agent and the property owner agree to them.

Booking and confirmation

1. Orders are placed through the online order form. A booking is confirmed once the appointment appears on our calendar and you receive the confirmation email.
2. The person placing the order is responsible for the accuracy of the address, access instructions, and contact details, and for passing our preparation guide to the seller or occupant.

Rescheduling and cancellation

3. Reschedule or cancel anything through the day before the appointment at no charge. The earlier we know, the easier it is to fill the slot.
4. Same-day cancellations are charged the $100 trip fee, because that slot could have gone to another client. If the photographer is already en route or on site when the cancellation comes in, the fee is 50% of the order as booked instead. A same-day reschedule to a later date is treated the same way.
5. Weather reschedules are always free. Aerial and twilight coverage depends on wind, precipitation, and light, and we may move only that portion to another day while the rest of the shoot goes ahead.
6. If we need to reschedule for our own reasons, there is never a fee, and we will offer the earliest available slot.

Arrival, access, and readiness

7. The scheduled time is when photography begins. The home should be fully prepared and accessible at that time; see the preparation guide.
8. We allow a 15-minute grace period for access or final tidying. After that, waiting time is billed at $50 per 15 minutes.
9. If the home is still not ready or accessible 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the photographer may either photograph the home as it is, or leave and treat the visit as a reschedule with a $100 trip fee. The photographer decides based on the rest of the day's schedule.
10. Where it helps, the photographer may photograph the exterior while the interior is finished, or the reverse. This is at the photographer's discretion, not a substitute for having the home ready.
11. Coverage is only guaranteed when the home is ready at the start and we can work through it in order. If items are being moved from room to room during the shoot, or the home is untidy enough that the photographer has to work out of order or around it, we cannot guarantee that every room and angle is captured. By having the shoot go ahead under those conditions, the agent and homeowner accept that anything missed as a result is not a fault of the photographer, and a return visit to capture it is booked and billed as a new appointment.
12. Pets must be contained. Anyone remaining in the home during the shoot should expect to move between rooms as we work.
13. If you're given your photographer's phone number, it is for day-of-shoot communication only, like arrival, access, and questions on site. Once the shoot is done, please contact the office at (719) 259-0886 for anything else, including delivery, edits, and billing.

What we photograph

14. We photograph the property as we find it. Editing corrects exposure, color, lens distortion, and window views; it does not remove clutter, furniture, cords, personal items, or vehicles.
15. Item removal, sky replacement beyond our standard, virtual staging, and other retouching are available as paid add-ons and should be requested at ordering or before delivery.
16. Return visits to photograph rooms that were not ready, or to re-photograph after changes to the home, are booked and billed as a new appointment.

Delivery and payment

17. Photos are delivered the next business day. If your shoot is on a Friday, photos may not be delivered until Monday, and video may take until Tuesday. Floor plans and 3D tours have their own turnaround shown at ordering.
18. Media is released for download once the order is paid. Invoices are issued through the order system.

Licensing and use

19. Harrison Christopher Photographer LLC retains copyright in all images and video. The ordering agent receives a license to use the media to market the listed property for its current sale or lease, including MLS, print, and online listings.
20. The license covers the ordering agent and brokerage for this listing. It does not transfer to the buyer, a future listing agent, builders, stagers, or third parties, who may license the media separately.
21. We may use the media in our own portfolio and marketing. If a listing should be kept private, tell us at ordering.

Liability

22. We take reasonable care on the property but are not responsible for items the seller leaves visible in published media.
23. Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots within the rules that apply to the location. Airspace or weather restrictions that prevent flight are not grounds for a refund of other services, and the aerial portion is refunded or rescheduled.
