I've photographed 49 properties in Florissant.
Outside Colorado Springs, I've photographed more listings in Florissant than anywhere else. Most of them are acreage: meadows, pine ridges and long views, often with a cabin or ranch house somewhere on the lot.
On land, the aerials do the selling. I draw approximate lot lines on the drone photos so buyers can see where the parcel starts and stops, and how it sits against the hills around it.

Shooting in Florissant
- Every home I've photographed in Florissant has been in uncontrolled (Class G) airspace, so the drone flies without FAA authorization. I still check for temporary flight restrictions, like wildfire closures, on the day of the shoot.
- Many Florissant properties sit on dirt county roads behind a gate. Put the gate code and any access notes on the order, so I can reach the back of the parcel without a call. My photographer and I both drive four-wheel drive and carry chains, so snow and steep dirt roads don't stop a shoot.
- Lot lines on the aerials are drawn from county parcel maps and labeled as approximate. They show the shape of the land, not a survey.
