Cabins, mountain homes and land in Park County
I've photographed 13 properties in Lake George.
Lake George is just over the Park County line, with homes and cabins near Elevenmile Canyon and open land rolling out toward South Park.
Much of my work here is land. For land, I draw approximate lot lines on the aerials, so buyers can see the parcel against the hills and the meadows around it.

Shooting in Lake George
- Every home I've photographed in Lake George has been in uncontrolled (Class G) airspace, so the drone flies without FAA authorization. I still check for temporary flight restrictions, like wildfire closures, on the day of the shoot.
- Park County keeps square footage on its assessor record, which I can't read automatically. Include the home's square feet when you book so the order is priced right from the start.
- Many properties are on dirt roads behind a gate. Put the gate code and access notes on the order. My photographer and I both drive four-wheel drive and carry chains, so snow and steep dirt roads don't stop a shoot.
